Delivery within Australia varies dependant on your order and location. These charges will be displayed at checkout with your order.
Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days. Rural deliveries will take an extra 2-3 days. Please keep in mind this does not take into account your order processing time or any lead time quoted at the time of purchase.
We don't recommend delivery to a building site. To assist with the safe delivery of your lighting, please provide a secure delivery address with your order.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Upon delivery, the Customer is expected to inspect for damage before signing the Proof of Delivery Form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as ‘Received in Good Condition' you are waiving the right to claim for damaged goods.
